Townhead House is a comfortable family house in Harbottle in the Northumberland National Park. Behind the house are the castle ruins, and the front looks out to heather clad hills. Harbottle is a beautiful village with a cosy pub, and is ideally suited for walking, cycling and relaxing. The wild Cheviot hills are on the doorstep. Safe road cycling is available all round, and especially up the valley beside the tumbling waters of the Coquet.
