Our gate house cottage (a converted barn) is in the delightful grounds of our bed and breakfast establishment, in a quiet lane just off the South Downs Way - ideal for walking, cycling and riding. It has a double bed in an open plan beamed lounge, seating area with dining table, TV and DVD, a separate kitchen with small oven, microwave & fridge. There is an en suite bathroom. We are only 15 minutes from Brighton and 35 minutes from Gatwick. 2nd cottage also available, please see web site (link above).
