Chelsea cottage is very peacefully situated in a row of terraced cottages away from main roads. The cottage is on a steep hill and faces south-east. From the living-room, conservatory, front bedroom and garden there is a panoramic uninterrupted sea view over the Channel. The main Ventnor shops are about five minutes walk away, though the Library, nearest general store and newsagent are only a couple of minutes away. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Ventnor beach and about the same time to Bonchurch beach. From both these beaches there is good safe bathing.
