Bath is an amazing city which dates back to Roman times when the Thermal Spa Baths were essentially used as a health club for wealthy or sickly Romans in the South-West. The city is located on the A36/A4/A46 junction, with easy reach of Bristol and the Cotswolds, and you can easily spend a couple of days here and still not see everything. The city centre has masses to offer including the stunning Royal Crescent, the Jane Austen museum, the Pump Rooms and scores of boutique shops, cafés, bars and restaurants.
