| Wheatland Farm is a peaceful haven for families, dog owners, walkers, cyclists, and nature lovers. There are superb local walks and cycle-rides, and excellent fly and coarse fishing nearby. Our own ponds offer carp (kids under 15 can fish the stocking pond for free). Youngsters love collecting eggs, cycling the long drive, playing volleyball/badminton and exploring our 21 acres of wildlife-friendly farmland and SSSI nature reserve. Borrow a ‘farm bike’ or hire mountain bikes. |
